How do i effectively stop the run, i keep letting explosive plays ruin my momentum

Get really good DTs, Ends, MLBs and OLBs.

Who do you have? Who do you use on defense?

What defense do you call against typical run formations (IForm, Strong, Singleback w/ 2-3 TEs)?

i got gravedigger, quinnen 91 sweat , cam jordan the lbs are j campbell 90 crowder ted hendricks im trying out quincy will on rolb

While I've heard a lot of people say dollar is okay against the run... I have no problem running the ball against it.  

I personally would never come out in dollar, dime, or even nickel against heavy toters.  I stop the run with 3-4 Odd Cover 4 Drop and 4-3 Even 6-1 Cover 4 Quarters.

Do you use Digger? He is a nice user on the d-line. 

Mean Joe is a terrible user but plays the run well. I played against someone who had him jacked up with some ability and he was tough!

Strahan plays well and Terminator play well for me.

I just got Watt and played a couple games. He made a couple plays but I nothing much more than what Hendricks does and Hendricks gets another up grade from the Field Pass.

I do not know enough about what the best abilities are to use or the best strategies to add......Do you do anything with abilities or strategy cards?

well damn i never thoguth about digger as a user i will adopt that might pick up strahan preciate u

Do you audible if your base defense is to defend the pass but your opponent come out in a run formation?

imma pick these formations up and learn the executions in practice thanks

im really heavy on ko abilites  (mlb and the safeties) and i got secure tackle on my corners yep its kinda pass defence  heavy

yes i do but not as often

I get way more sacks and tackles by using Digger as opposed to letting the computer use him.
