Depends on your scheme but I think another wr could be helpful. Someone with at least 93 speed like Desean jackson, devonta smith, or gilmore.

Gary anderson is best kicker in the game if we're purely talking attributes. So if you like how your team is playing I would keep him. But if you feel that you're lacking at certain positions it probably is better to sell him as you can buy a very good player at most positions for his cost.
