What are my options when someone quits playing, pauses; and doesn't respond?
They don't concede?
Usually happens when they are losing?
Also, at worst times; like my playoffs or super bowl.

Best option I have found is...concede and give them the win. It is a game and my time is far more important then "teaching them"...so if they need the coins then have at it (yes...I have conceded out of two Super Bowls as again...my time is the prize).
