Can you use strategy to unlock set feet lead with Vick

I have 93 vick and using gunslinger strategy I can get his THP to 95 but set feet lead doesn’t unlock. Can you just not use strategies to do that?  Thanks in advance

No, abilities are only unlocked by the base stats on the card, Strat cards will not unlock any abilities for a player.

A nice alternative who does happen to get SFL and is the most similar QB to Vick is Lamar Jackson!! That is..... if you have 3m coins to spend or want to spend that much.... lol.
