I'm glad mix-up Monday is over, haha. I dont like OOP. I guess I'm not all that surprised that they are ending cover athletes, because it's just QBs and RBs left. Wish it would have kept going, but can't say I'm surprised. Trying to reach cover athletes theme team thresholds will be pricey.

So, which promos do they end up bringing back. I know I've heard about AKA's maybe coming back later, along with some saying another round of campus heroes. Do they do another round of All-Madden? Which promos usually get another round?

I think Akas and campus heroes will def be back and all madden is likely all at higher ovr

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.  Oh man, sorry, definitely not laughing at you -- i can totally and completely empathize with where you are at... although, at this point, i'm starting to feel a bit (a lot) delusional for even hoping that EA Orlando is capable of anything that is not purely a cash-grab.  The Devs aren't going to produce an NFL experience with basic, working (perhaps even balanced?!?), competitive gameplay features, even if they were given sufficient time and resources to refactor the mess of a code base they've inherited.  It's not something that can be done in a single calendar year, IMO.  Would require this game be rebuilt from the ground up.  So much for "make or break year" i'm the asshole thinking that was more than pure marketing speak.

Sadly, retiring from MUT is the only acceptable solution i've found, but that is hardly ideal, as there are a total of zero other simulation fatball experiences out there.  My goal when i first started MUT back in ~December 2022 was to recreate my misspent youth, i was merely hoping to have a Joe Montana to Jerry Rice type experience -- got close last year, with Golden Ticket Joe Cool and 98 OVR Ring of Honor Jerry however it felt a bit insulting to place the literal G.O.A.T. as a mere "supporting cast" player/card.  Ahh well.

I would have been able to reproduce that this year, unfortunately i've managed to lose my access to the auction house, so it's not been feasible to acquire Jerry, although that Redux pack is mighty tempting -- but $50+ for a few random 90 OVRs is so damn steep.  Anyway, sorry to rant and get way off topic.

I fully support any and all programs / promo drops taht are not cash grabs.  However, i am not confident that will happen anytime soon.  Nothing would make me happier than to be wrong here, but we're trending in the opposite direction -- less content, more cash grab.  /sigh
