I haven't received my welcome pack for sugar rush promo. Is there anything I can do?

Yeah same here. Hoping it will show up tomorrow after reset. But if not I’m going to message support on EA’s site tomorrow

I tried support and they said I received it but I haven't so hopefully they'll be more helpful for you
