Why has noone answered this? Lol this sounds like a serious issue. My guess would be try deleting save data if that doesmt work delete the game and reinstall it. If none of that works, contact the useless dead end and oxymoron that is "ea support"
Good luck and keep us posted.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and first game of the event, I’m up 7-0 in the 4th and it dashboards again, i legitimately can’t play the game anymore
I had an issue with tons of disconnects at the end of M23...
I had been trying out connecting my XB Series X directly to my Verizon modem with an ethernet cable... and my internet was blazing fast but I would get a lot of dc's. I went back to WiFI and have not had a dc since then.
I spoke to Verizon and they said it might be an issue with the ethernet cable (I tried several) or the port on the modem (I tried two). I gave up since my WiFi is still really fast but it's really frustrating. I'm not a tech guy but my guess is that it's the port on my XBox itself and I was too lazy to try out a different one.
You may not be getting much response as it may not be a widespread problem. Now that don't mean it is not a big deal...cause it is very unfortunate you are having this experience...but...if it ain't widespread it would be difficult for folks to offer advice. I have not experienced this problem. Do I get DC(s)? Sure...but it don't happen often. I would recommend reaching to EA as they may be able to address. Hope you get a fix.
