I was banned for coin distribution.

I just got banned for coin distribution. I don't get it I don't buy coin from out side source. It say for selling card for high prices but isn't that why they put a ceiling on card prices. I can play but banned from the auction house. I only needed one card to get the 96 team diamond player

I bet they dont ban you from the store.

Anytime you buy/sell anything like 30% or more of the average price it can trigger auto bans unfortunately. Sure it happened a lot today with the price spikes.

What'd you sell and for how much?

Sorry to hear that.  I'm already going through my second ban from the Auction House.  It's absolutely ridiculous how these bots are running wild and banning a whole bunch of us.  Why bother even setting min/max price ranges if EA is still going to auto-ban us for that nonsense.  Lots of folks are quick to blame coin-sellers, and yeah that shit sucks, but EA chooses to set these insane policies, they don't have to ban us.  Aargh.

Wish i had something to offer, but EA Help isn't going to do much for you.  It's possible to request a manual review of your account, but i doubt they even bother -- that is IF you can get someone to respond to yer requests.  You basically have to say your life is being threatened or you're being harassed in order to get a response from EA no-Help.  That being said, i managed to get my initial AH ban overturned by sending a letter requesting Binding Arbitration, as stated in the Terms of Service.  Wish I could take credit for it, but community members helped show me the way.

There's a lengthy thread floating around where i cried about my own ban.  In there you can find a template to draft your own binding arbitration letter.  Then send it off via Certified Mail or whatever.  Wait a month, hope for the best.  Merry Christmas to us -- but yeah, we can still pump hundreds of dollars into the game through the store.  Bleh.  So hard to build a squad without the AH.  Sucks.
