Is it just me or anytime you open the 78+ 81+ 83+ packs you always pull the worst(78,81,83)

I actually pulled an 89 CH out of the 83+ from the first round challenges, couldn't believe it lol

I always pulled the minimum ovr from those packs since the start of M22, so you're not alone.
