I dont care how rare it is to get, its an absolute gut punch to throw away 5500 training. Unless theyre gonna put in (equally rare fine) a bundle or something, toppers and all. Its not remotely balanced.
Related note, why does anyone ever do sets? Lol i never do but did in order to get some zero chill xp to get season xp bc it was the last way available (not doing online event because im not buying the obscure players for lineup requirements) as usual, literally lost coins doing the set.
i honestly would vote for the max fantasy pack. have pulled 90’s from it but usually it is just “decide on this trash”
1. How you gonna catch these Ls if they take the gold player out? I tried one time with training and one time with coins and both times got the gold player. Lesson learned. Done with that forever.
2. The sets can work if you plan ahead. I bought 90s cheap before Ghost came out and my sets were cheaper than AH prices as a result. 9/10 times the sets are a loss, though. Depends on how you “logic” your way through selling cards you have vs using them, I guess.

Well thats my point, youre still throwing away your training most of the time because most of the packs are still gonna give you garbage. But the gold plus player is basically worse than a slap in the face. Lol

Anyone with sufficient Training to roll Mystery packs is desperate to gamble. The value is horrendous from my limited experience.
Regarding sets, in past years we typically would get BND cards back that could be used for depth pieces, etc. There's a lot less value in doing these during `24. It usually only makes sense immediately after new content drops, but 99% of the time it's better to just hit the AH. However EA continues to auto-ban tons of folks for simply buying & selling cards. They hate us, especially players who find ways to profit.
