So...I haven't played since September. What do I need to look out for when building my team from scratch? What is the meta? What abilities are most important or even considered "necessary"? Thanks!

meta is almost any good offense, and 6-1, dollar 3-2, and nickel on defense.

Put KO’s in your secondary for cheesy corner routes. If you’re going to use Mike Vick, I would use Backyard Qb because I like the hot routes.
