Banned and Coins Confiscated

Update as of a couple of minutes ago:

So I am completely confused now.  No email follow up from EA, ticket is in progress , my coins are all there and I’m not locked out of the AH.   I hadn’t logged in today until just now and had been going off the email and infraction on my account online…. Super weird

I have spent a few hundred bucks on madden pts between November and December (ms rewards, gift cards, real $).  So EA basically sold me packs that I turned around and made into coins via AH or quick selling platinum cards, then they took the coins from me lol.  This is some third world dictatorship stuff.

If they don't unban you, charge back what you can and report them to the BBB

Don’t do this… charging back WILL get you an automatic ban from PlayStation network not sure about Xbox

Only sometimes, and if you cant justify it to them (OP would have a decent chance at getting that justification proven IMO) and they refuse to overturn it worst case scenario they give you the option to pay the balance (whatever you charged back) to reverse it and reinstate everything. Ive done it. Its total crap and just more evidence of how much unbalanced unfair control the powers that be in modern society. 

Personally if this happened to me anytime soon id probably just charge it all back and accept my ban since madden is the only game I ever play anyway. It would be worth it for me.

Thought I was good but definitely not the case…

Well it looks like the first email was a “sanction”.  Completed the Watt card set tonight, last six TD cards plus his token one, and about an hour ago received another ban email.

Just checked in game and I am AH banned now in game and ineligible for MCS (everyone should be grateful for this /s), but still have my coins as of the moment.  I guess I have the Watt card so it was worth all this BS?  Still baffling that fair play on the AH gets you banned due to what I assume is volume of activity flags (all in game, no app).  Still no reply back from EA on my initial appeal. 

 I built 12 of the TD team cards a 2 weeks or so ago without issues or warnings.  Whatever might have been put in place with the recent AH anti-coin selling seems to be too sensitive.
 

The crazy thing is I was mixing in the Graham ZC challenges, etc. between looking through sets/AH to finish up the set(s).  Whatever is being used to monitor, track and act as a control is clearly rudimentary and not actually looking at total activity.
