I use classic but I've seen the meter which is the best passing option I should be using?

And if I change it to placement+accuracy or placement+power what should I set my free-form reticle speed to? TIa

I believe the general consensus is placement+accuracy. I would start with the default settings for the reticle speed. You can mess with them more once you get the hang of free form passing
