Can anyone help me. I am new to this years MUT and I can not find how to buy new playbooks on O and D. There are none on the AH which I find extremely odd.

get them in sets on the team strategy or u can buy em in the ah

You have to complete the sets now. Go to the sets tab and select "Core Items". You can trade low 70's for whatever team O or D playbook, Jersey, stadium etc.. you want. If you're looking for an alternate playbook (ie. spread, Run balance etc...) It will require more cards and it will give you a random one.

No you cannot buy them in the auction house.
