Am I wrong or is every 94 available a limited? 2 94s on your team is 2 million minimum … this is ridiculous.
Seems like this is the longest time for any set overall as well. Been on set 93s forever it feels like.
It's because they no longer want us having decent "rentals" for ltd. Now it's 1 ovr higher and better abilities making them unaffordable to most to keep them spending $ on packs instead of having a decent Ltd budget team. Now you'll only get ltds at rental price when they are obsolete and outdated. At this rate it won't surprise me if the market is gone next year as some are thinking and just have us spend $ on cards directly.

I think you are exactly right on the rentals...as for the AH going away. I would be surprised if it did, but...not that surprised.

How does no auction house work?

Similar to NBA I'd guess. Just buy cards straight up for a price EA sets.
"In the past, the Auction House was a way for players to buy and sell cards on the open market. One drawback to this was that many players were using the market to illegally buy and sell coins for real money. The new Player Market should completely cut that out, while also giving 2K the opportunity to make high-end cards easier to obtain. Now, you'll buy and sell your cards directly from 2K, meaning the developers set the prices. You'll also now be able to buy MyTeam Points (MTP) outright for the first time ever, taking out the middleman that was Virtual Currency."

nah if they do that i just wont play, i stopped playing 2k cause of that. its the worst thing to happen to 2k mut even tho their layout was already confusing compared to madden, its worse now.
Not only that, but (and its always been this way to some extent but theyve REEEEAAAALLY stepped it up to extreme levels this year) just the really popular/exciting cards in general, are almost always limiteds or rare in SOME scummy way/require an unreasonable amount of time and work etc
Its like they go out of their way to flood the game with lackluster and or just bad cards in order to artificially drive up demand and hype for the few popular/fun cards they intentionally make hard/expensive to get.

Facts. you don’t even really need the cards to compete with normal players. they are def money grabbers.
