companion app

i had just downloaded the companion app again since im back on madden but for some reason it consistently says oops something went wrong no matter what i do…..anyone else having this issue and have u found a way to fix it

I kept running into the same issue a month ago. I came across something that said it did not work for old generation. And I use old Xbox One so that might be your issue

Don’t even bother. All I hear is awful reviews  that the things doesn’t work EA app at its finest

It is a garbage app and will do more damage than good, just delete it

that’s disappointing…..i used to love using it….came in very handy to be able to post/keep track of auctions and buy items whenever i needed to without having to turn on the game
