What are some of the best budget cards per position with around 100-150k to spend on each position. And what are the must have abilities you should 100 percent have on your team.
For Abilities, Set feet lead/hot route master and gunslinger are probably must haves on offense. On defense, lurk artist and deep out zone KO would be what I would prioritize.

WR: Irvin, Dell, Clayton, Bobo, Waddle
TE: Kincaid
User: Ivan Pace
CB: Champ Bailey, DRC
FS: Lott
SS Dawkins
Look for 90-91 overalls that meet 90+ thresholds at ratings that are important to you. for example 90+ man or zone coverage depending on what you play more of, pass block ratings or run block ratings.
defensive line try to find guys with 90+ block shed and either 90 finesse, or power move.
linebackers either need lurk artist or use a safety there and prioritize speed, agility, change of direction since these guys are usually your users.
qbs ZC baker mayfield is free and gets the gunslinger+sfl stack and slinger 7 is a weirdly good release.
hbs 90+ juke move
WR 90+ route running, either find 3 wrs, one that is good at short, one mid, one deep, or try to find guys that all meet the 90+ for each of the 3.
TEs, depending on how you play you either want an 80+ run block, or someone with speed and route running.
