Wanna use 2x deep zone KOs . What should remainder of my AP consist of? Possibly 3-4 AP left after KOs if I use Tatum
More KOs (unless you get line abilities for 1 AP)
You should also try to take advantage of players with free lurk artist to maximize the number of abilities on the field
I’ve been focused on 1) Lurk Artist, 2) pick artists with 3) Darren Woodson with his deep KO for 3 AP. Ive heard how good deep out zone KO is but it’s so expensive along with woodson’s 3 and then trying to fit anything else in…
(And I don’t have any guys who get them for 0 AP)
should I change? What is the optimal D set up?

Do what you will with this advice, but here's my approach:
- [6AP] LurkArtist + DOZKO (x2) across both outside corners -- i'm using Randy Moss & Julius Peppers, both WITH X-factors, one of which will typically light up nearly every game
- [1AP] DIZKO -- i have Winfield Jr. as SS, i was running dual abilities across both deep safeties, so i could play Cover 2 / Cover 4 with 30 yard Flats set on the outside, but just started tinkering last evening. I was running the freebie Mike Evans at FS, also with DIZKO, but removed it last night to free up an extra point
- [1AP] No Outsiders -- i'm mostly just tinkering, i think it makes the most sense to have all 9AP invested across our DBs, as it's a passing league
- [1AP] Pick Artist -- Mike Evans at FS, as i tend to free roam him a bit in Cover 3 formations a lot lately, sometimes he's in straight up Man on a TE or HB or Slot receiver, other times he's in Zone, so i wanted to see how much flexibility PA granted. So far so good, but in general KOs, KOs, KOs.
Good luck, YMMV. Hope some of this helps.

That Darren Woodson card is ELITE, IMO. That ability makes him super valuable, even now -- although i've since benched him, as i was worried the speed was becoming a bit of an issue against top end receivers, but i'm still seeing him on some pro player teams. For 3AP, getting both inside and out Zone KOs is fantastic.
Try to get at least a USER (or two) with 0AP LurkArtist, it's absolutely crucial, IMO. Josh Allen, Harold Carmichael, etc. For a while my goal was to have LurkArtist (x3) across my LBs, so i could play 4-3 Even 6-1 and be confident dropping into pass coverage, but have mostly given up on that 4-3 formation, for the time being.
Thanks for all the useful informations! I appreciate it!
Evans at fs with deep in zone ko
Woodson at ss with deep zone ko
Tillman at cb3 with flat zone ko
Megatron at cb4 with flat zone ko
Carmichael at sublb1 with lurk artist
Peppers at sublb2 with lurk artist
That's my setup and it's very tough because it's taking away most deep throws and underneath throws forcing the user to attack the middle of the field which is what I prefer because that means they have to make reads.
