That’s literally the opposite of how inflation works… as high cards flood the market and become increasingly common cus people are buying packs, prices plummet do to lack of rarity. EA selling less packs would quite literally make prices soar…

Not what I said, platinum offers put an influx of coins into the market, more people with more coins willing to spend more for the same cards is what causes the inflation. Which is what happened when we got 3x $10 offer that guaranteed at least 260k, it caused the whole market to go up.
