Won 30 games in house rules, never got my helmet sticker pack? Anyone else? what am i doing wrong

Oh man that sucks. I stopped at 19 wins for HR so I could save the season pass xp from the ch2 pass for season 4. So I can only say that it was working for me when I got the 82+ for 10 wins.

Unfortunately, it's not uncommon for there to be issues where some players don't receive HR rewards. If that's the case here, you're pretty much stuck waiting for EA to fix it. Reporting this issue to EA help to make sure they're aware is about the most you can do.

Good luck with that.  I can't get EA no-Help to respond to email inquiries anymore.  However, if you're feeling brave, here ya go: https://help.ea.com -- although i had to basically say my life was being threatened to get anyone to respond.  I'd love to hear if there's a better/easier/faster method to contact these chumps.

I've never found them to be particularly helpful, it's just a huge waste of time.  I'd love to be wrong about this.
