Why, spend money, of course. Heh, all kidding aside -- buy em from the auction house, oh wait. I think that feature was removed somewhat recently. They used to be given out as rewards for the regular Season Field Pass at random intervals. I always find a bunch in the binder. Usually the ones that can be purchased for 50k coins aren't all that special, my best guess at the moment is from in-game rewards.
EA has gone absolutely berserk lately with the auction house, i wouldn't be surprised if they fully remove it next year.
