Actually, if you would like to have non alternative playbook from NFL team, you can’t have them from auction house, sets or store…
This has been for a while. Is there any information about this, tried to search from forum.
Honestly, I think it's going to be like when they removed the trade block last year. Some people using them to violate TOS and ruined it for the rest of us.

In a way, I understand that more than very well.
But in that case, there should be possibility to get team items and strategy cards from sets or with training from store?

Yes, it's the same for every platform
I'm pretty sure there is a set that let's you choose team items. Unfortunately, there isn't any set that will give you a specific strat card so that's all luck.
