Can you stack linchpin and protected?
Agree with sweet feet and country strong as backups are a must.
Also would recommend SPD/ACC at guard if you run inside esp opposite side from where your RB starts out in gun formation. Having quick RG/LG to get second level has been game changing for me. Kelce users at guard from last year know what im talking about. I'm waiting for fast guard with puller elite but right now best is Tippmann who's fast af and gets the job done at sub 100k.
The rest of your guys just make sure they big 285>lb and got decent blocking stats. And playing out of position isnt gonna hurt their stats, just your overall will be lower and you'll lose chemistry.
I’ve been using a top overall line for the whole year pretty much, and I still got pressured, but that seems to be more about blitz scheme than my lineman ratings. If you run into someone who knows how to glitch out blocking I just run RPO cheese because it neutralizes their blitz.
I will say my current line of (from left to right) Trent Williams, Peter Skoronski, Ryan Kelly, Larry Allen, and Dawand Jones has been lights out. Most time Ive had in the pocket all year by far, and that line costs less than 2mil so idk what your coin stack looks like but Dawand Jones has been a solid RT for me, and he’s a good budget option. I also have 50/50 ZC chem so the attribute boosts may make a difference though.

I mean, you could buy why would you want to? Linchpin only works in the run (by slightly increasing the block shed timers) game and Protected, well -- i'm not sure that works at all. You're better off having those AP invested into a Jukebox ability, or perhaps some type of RB/TE/Slot Apprentice. And of course, don't forget SFL, GS and GW on your QB... all of which are vastly superior to O-line abilities, IMO.
Weight definitely matters a lot, with 300 pound being the magic mark we all should be trying to hit. That being said, i'm still using Munoz at LT, because that's what i have, big Trent Williams wasn't in the cards for me, heh. Beyond that, STR & AWR stats are extremely important, as well. I believe the Center will help to replace the lowest AWR rating on your O-line, please correct me if i'm wrong or have explained this poorly, but that's my meager understanding of how the O-line works.
And yes, Sweet Feet and Country Strong (as backups) are super vital, have remained on my roster since i acquired both, regardless of which OL i'm running. I actually just upgraded Bruce Matthews with Skoronski Ghost of MUT, but probably wasn't absolutely necessary. If you have incredible pocket presence (i do not), anyone could probably skate by with a ~90 OVR line and be mostly fine. Despite our best efforts, there's still plenty of A-gap pressures and things to glitch out our blocking schemes.
Every promo that has a free BND Hero I take some o-lineman so that I don’t need to invest coins on them. I took Glasgow as my RG, he has good awareness and strength. Also took Dawand Jones as my RT, a heavy guy always helps as a tackle. Both cards free and BND. I noticed very good recommendations above to use Sweet Feet and Country Strong as backups, since they boost other cards. If you can get training points for cheap, you can also upgrade some Stocking Stuffer cards that are solid. For o-line tips follow this guy u/whereegosdare84 on Reddit, he broke down every thresholds and equations related to those positions.
I have sweet feet and he gets killled all
the time. Mawae, Zach Tom, robert hunt and Bruce matthews are all great for me
No it does not imo. Least important positions on the team. Most pressure comes from nano blitzing and outside runs/RPOs can take them out of the game.

No it does not stack.

Nobody is advocating playing Sweet Feet as your primary LT at this point. He and Country Strong should be backups at LT and C, so that your starters will get the benefit of their stat boosts.

Yeah, need a new tackle but don’t wanna buy one. All my backups are packers for chems
Put sweet feet at backup LT, get country strong for backup C, and get 91 lindstrom and runyan for rg/rt

No
StoicTrader said:also, I'm running sweet feet and country strong as backups to boost my OL even more
Are Sweet Feet and Country Strong the only AKA players that give motivator boosts?

I’ve noticed that I’m getting dominated by pressure even on just 4-linemem plays. Will it be beneficial to upgrade Sweet Feet and 89 Rob Havenstein? I have coins to spend and the rest of my team has no issues.
I am asking if it’s worth it the coins to buy O-line men, or if all O-line men generally play the same regardless of rating.
yes there is a difference, but look at stats and not overall if your buying o-line, Like some of the new lineman are high ovr but don’t play crazy good

You need a heavy weight guy at LT. If you didn’t get that free harvest Trent Brown, your best shot is the BND Orlando Brown from CH2 promo. Other cheap option is Raimann stocking stuffer, you can upgrade him with training, but he seems too light weight for me.
