When I use the Madden 24 Companion App, I open the Rewards section and it shows I’m Legendary status. I’ve not received any emails or news of any rewards since it launched in August, and don’t see how I can access any rewards or merchandise. What am I missing? Thank you!

MUT rewards are just monthly packs these days. Not even good packs at that

Thank you! Im not seeing any in-game packs dropping other than the Amazon Prime ones or the ones from MCS drops on Twitch. Really strange. Do they look different? appreciate it!

Thank you. yes I’m signed up and 1700 packs opened at Legendary. Just wondering what that means? Their site says they’ve done merchandise, coins, and nfl tickets before (?)

They are honestly the most generic looking packs ever, they don't even have a player on the cover, just say MUT REWARDS: (INSERT TIER) at the bottom. They roll out early every month, although for some reason EA never says when, I'll just randomly log on one day and they'll be there.

This has been my experience, as well -- it'll just randomly appear one day, without warning... although i'm not convinced this has consistently rolled out on a monthly basis. I've definitely seen a couple/few this year.
Not sure how or why, but my MUT Rewards status is showing 57 PACKS OPENED. It also has historical `22 information, but nothing for `23 -- where i know i was Legendary (1000+ packs). I almost always open the 500 coin daily, in an effort to boost this total number, so i'm quite certain these are not accurate, unless they're only counting this calendar year. I haven't thought much about it, because EA is inept and incredibly unreliable. What ever will i do without a couple Golds and an 80 OVR. Oof.

Strange it only shows 57 for you. I just checked and mine shows 1033, i did have to make sure it was set on the right game though.

Ya, very strange indeed. I don't anticipate i've opened 1000 packs, trying to recall what tier i got last time. Perhaps it was only Pro. I easily attained Legendary during `23 cycle, so also confused why that is showing up totally blank. I definitely had more than 0 packs. It'd almost make more sense to me if `22 was also blank, but that shows something, when i barely played. Don't recall if i even had a MUT squad in `22, we managed to catch free game via Playstation+ subscription, late in the cycle.
