SFL AP increase goes for everyone that currently has SFL and everyone who will get SFL. Only exceptions are those that are announced as getting SFL discounted, like TOTW Week 17 LTD Kyler Murray.

SFL is 4 on Kyler
The SFL thing makes NO sense. Im ok with the other increases I guess. But what they did with SFL basically cancels out the change of increasing by one on offense. Lol Who do they pay to make these ridiculous decisions?
Kyler : SFL (4) + GS (2) = 6
Perry : SFL (5) + GS (0) + GW (1) = 6

Discounting an ability 1 does nothing when another card gets a needed ability to ”zero” lol.

Whew, as long as i don't have to give up all three Apprentice abilities (Slot, TE & RB), i've grown accustomed to having that flexibility. I'm still running the ultra-budget Andrew Luck as QB1, but good lord i'm excited about Joe Cool. Although, i'm not convinced Montana will even be usable without a velocity ability. /sigh
Not sure how anybody plays the game without SFL or PLE. Oof.

Can't wait for better discounted abilities. All the best abilities on my QB, Identifier for 1 AP or less, and some extra abilities on my receivers and other backfield members is needed/wanted.I'll be patient though. Doing just fine right now with how things are AP/ability wise.

I came really close to building that new Runyan (RT), so i could grab the 1AP Identifier... although, i reached a similar conclusion to what you just stated. Still kinda feels more liek a luxury item and not as much a necessity as various apprentices. So i'm sticking with my stack, for the moment.
Having 11AP on defense might open things up a bit, KOs all around are gonna be nasty. What are the chances that any of the new pass rush abilities actually work? Figure they'll either be ridiculously overpowered... or continue to barely/not work at all, as is the current state of the game, oof.
So…any QB that had SFL is going up by one or just for new QB cards moving forward?

I was in the same boat myself regarding Runyan. Only when I have enough AP to have HRM, SFL, GW, and GS (either HRM or SFL would most likely have to be an X-Factor) on my QB and Juke Box on my HB will I even think about using Identifier.
