Twitch Packs not on account???

I sat through 3 hours of the twitch stream, linked my account and claimed the drops and I got nothing

Help?

I got all 5 packs and JT about 15 minutes after claiming.  I’m on XSX.

I'm on ps5 so maybe that's part of the issue? Sadly, this will probably cost me the final mcs player as I know in the past sometimes twitch drops just stop working for some people.

Yup. A bunch of ppl r gonna get screwed from this. EA couldve solved this by leaving the stream going but of course they didnt

I am also on PS5, and I got my packs super fast yesterday (within minutes of claiming them). However, there were a few of the Donald Penn Upgrade Tokens and packs that sometimes took as much as two days to show up in my binder. I would bet you will get them soon...

Leaving the stream going wouldn't have helped anyone that isn't checking and making sure it's tracking, which EA did tell everyone to do... And you only had to watch 2hrs to get the MCS player... I was able to get the 3hr drop, with plenty of time to spare... Just saying!!! I blame EA for plenty of issues, but this isn't one of them...

Some of my Penn tokens arrived quickly and others took like 5 or 6 hours.
