It is what you make of it.

its distgusting ahahha. Game on the line, even quickly turned at the 1 to celly
Very nice user pick!
I would agree with some of the others, I wouldn’t call this toxic. The celebration at the 1 was pretty nasty though!
I user my slot CB a ton, always on the HB side and get soooo many user picks that are very similar to this one. I’m always ready underneath the HB in the flat and HB screens, then fall back underneath the slant if they don’t throw to the HB.
TheNickSix said:I guess my point is more being toxic like messaging or talking shit over a headset. To me that’s toxic, what he described is fine. Make a big play, celebrate, clip it, show your friends.
For people that are actually toxic though, like why are you proud to be that way?
EA has a way of bringing out the worst in all of us -- as if we're mirroring the straight up toxic gameplay they've created for us. I'm with ya, it's become somewhat pervasive. Strange to be proud of that. Words have meanings, effective communication is a real skill. I don't claim to understand the world, i'm just a grumpy old man with a bunch of strong opinions. Ultimately, i blame EA, but we're all responsible (or should be) for our own actions. Admittedly, I've had some behaviors that needed to be checked, both on these forums, as well as in-game. Required me to rework my thinking and approach to the game, i was getting way too heated for a time. Just not worth it, but i do prefer when folks take the game seriously. I thought i was signing up for fatball simulation. This has been anything but.
At this point in my MUT career, i try to get on the mic to finish each and every game with at least a "GG" -- i've had people legit thank me. As in, "oh my gosh, i heard your mic un-mute and was expecting some taunting or toxic behavior, so thanks for being nice" type ordeal. I'm paraphrasing, but hopefully you get my drift. Despite my best efforts, i still lose my shit from time to time. I think there's only been one time this year when i joined a game and was presented with a non-stop; N-word, N-word, N-word from some 12 year old rednecks with no parents to guide them through life. Gives me great pleasure to beat down these type chumps. Only one-play pussies that spam the same shit over and over are more enjoyable to stomp, IMO.

That person on offense made a horrible read
Why throw at the user, when the whole otherside was open
They even have identifier
You should watch some of Pop Strangers videos
He dances after every pick he gets

Idk if it’s EA, I think it’s just the way the new generation of athletes is being brought up to play the game and taunt each other. It’s really common in my flag football leagues/tournaments as well.
Just played the cheesiest dickhead ever and after the game he messaged me and said "GG get better." Like bro you had 5 TD's off RPO's and a bullshit pick 6.

That's the absolute worst, especially when the pathetic one-play pussies are so pleased with themselves for cheesing the damn game and squeaking out a win.
This is at least partially why I blame EA. There's so many damn recurring bugs, glitches and gameplay scenarios that should never have existed, let alone persisted for years.
Asking for a competitive, fair, balanced gameplay experience is obviously way too much. /sigh

So true
