There is no clear indicator on buying and selling them. Seems to have a cap of some sort but each strat card is way different, anyone have any idea how it works?

You cant sell them anymore cause people where abusing them making a profit I believe. So now they put the min amount allowed higher then the max so you cant sell them. Only thing you can do is use them in sets or quick sell them. At least I'm pretty sure that how it's been for awhile now
