x factors glitch

Is anyone else having the glitch where you have two x factors active and when you go to activate the third it says exceeded the max x factors? How do you fix this?

There is a current player on your roster who was removed previously with an active xfactor. It's bugged and you have to remove that player from the lineup or redo a new lineup.
