You can do a 25 TT for relatively cheap.  you’d  have a handful of starters and mostly backups of your favorite team/current promo

It depends. 

A lot of the program TTs are worth it at least at the time of their release. Any TT that boosts most of the best cards in the game like program TTs do is going to be very strong.

Now traditional TTs are a different story. There's only a couple that are worth running 50/50 at any particular time at least if you're going for something that's somewhat competitive. But even if it's not a good TT, they can still be worth it if you trying to have a good budget squad.

But yeah it's quite easy to get 25 chem of any TT if you want to build one

I’m currently around 40 packers but with the fatigue issues it makes it more useful to have 25. Except if you want some for the Packers, we have multiple LOLB’s and SS’s so I wouldn’t Recommend using them yet

I think so. Im currently 54/50 Raiders so I have 4 open spots & that’s including me already using Vick, Derrick Thomas, Micah Parsons, Brandon Graham, Larry Allen, Darnell Washington & Bruce Matthews. Currently 93 ovr Raiders TT
