Put them side by side. Gold at the top is Rams logo. His head is centered. Everything else in the picture lines up. LTD logo in bottom right.

Put them side to side, you'll see zero blue in the blurr. Just black. You can't say for sure that it's the Rams logo behind that player since there's no real way to prove it. Why would they even blurr the player that was revealed with the sneak peeks? Literally never happened before.

There is blue but it's blended in with the whites and the grays. Look at the bottom left of the rams logo. The white spot is in the same place. I can say for sure that that is Puka.

As to why they would do it, have you ever considered that they're incompetent at their jobs? Nothing they do makes any sense. They only care about cents $$$. I'm pretty sure they've done this before if not for TOTW then another promo.
