X-Factor Limit Not Working

Hi Guys:

I am having a problem activating the three X-Factors. I can only do two and it won’t let me add the third one. I have removed the x-factors from the players and tried re-adding  the three and  no luck with it. Anybody know how to fix it? Thanks!

chances are you removed someone from your lineup who was an xfactor. Best way to fix it is build a new lineup from scratch
