Does anyone know why I can't sell my epic strats yet there are some on the auction house?

I would just try again on another day or if you see it's been fixed. It's pretty random when they let you sell epic strat items and even when you can it's often only a short window.

You’re able to sell the one you got in the field pass late last season but the 2 I pulled from dailies are unable to be sold

There are only a few that are auctionable right now. The rest have max prices greater than the min which is why they can’t be sold
