Slot

Hello!

Whats the main attributes or traits that needed for players to effectively play in the Slot? On offense and defense too.

Usually I put my best player there with the Slot archetype, but probably Im missing something there.

depending how you play. i run Hill with slot AP as he’s quick and i throw him on drags and corners etc. or you could go the route of someone like Puka or Larry, bigger receivers who can catch in traffic and take hits from linebackers and not fumble. 

on defence, i run hester as he’s the fastest corner in the game with 1 AP flat zone, he also has really good jump, zone, man, agility and pass rush moves which helps him be an athletic freak
