Well, Im an OSU fan, so not much to complain about. But, I feel like players really pick where they want to go based on the NIL money. they literally can get payed millions by colleges to go play there. The transfer portal isnt what it was 5-10+ years ago.

It’s very different now and some players are choosing to stay longer and get paid more than if they were drafted. And plus it doesn’t help mthe backups either

I think there should be more restrictions on both. Players definitely need both, but as the TP stands now, I think the system moves too far in the players direction. NIL is a very good thing for players, but i think they should be limited to a cap of 0.5m-1m to even the playing field between schools. NCAA will likely not shell the money it takes to perform due diligence on more restrictive NIL rules tho
