I usually run nickel D so 4 down linemen with my OLB's subbed in at DE. 

Any major upgrades you see on O or D i could make?

Maybe Vernon Davis to be your TE.

Possibly another CB like Tillman but it's fine if you think your CBs are playing well

Only other thing I would consider is maybe getting some cheap backups for 25 ZC TT.
