Honestly I swear there is no rhyme or reason to what they hand out. I’m part of legendary and some months I’ll get 3-4 packs, other people who should get the same get 1 pack; then fast forward a month and the reverse happens.  It’s Ridiculous and the tracker hasn’t worked in years for me either

You get whatever they decide to hand out that month. MUT Rewards have got pretty bad last couple years. They used to be decent. Legendary is usually like 2 elite player packs.
