Is Linchpin Worth It

I have a full 50/50 Colts theme team with 3 out-of-chem O linemen. I run the epic pave the way so my whole o line has 96+ run block. Still, there are games where my o-line cannot win in the run  game. 

Does linchpin actually help? Would it help against double inside stuff? Not sure how my double inside stuff gets mauled but I can't seem to run against it myself.

I can get 1 AP linchpin on Ryan Kelly, but I am not sure if it works at all or if it is purely placebo effect. Does anybody have any real proof of its effectiveness?

Ive been using it for a few weeks and my running game improved However, I upgraded my team so that’s another factor.

Try Linchpin and see if it improves your run game. It will only help the initial blocks at the line. 

you can counter inside stuff by double teaming the IS player.

also I’m not sure If run blocking improves after the 90 threshold. Strength and weight play a big role as well.

I used it and took it off soon after I tried it out. Doesn’t help much and so I feel like if someone gets it for free, or if u have the extra AP to use, then it’s almost useless

I'm a runner. As a runner, I don't know why you wouldn't use it. I think ppl automatically assume that just having it on will magically make you a good runner. Not true. Still have to know when and where to run. Also, turbo discipline is key. I'm not 100% sure if it's accurate, but I've read that turbo negates linchpin, so try to keep off turbo until you get past the LOS or are hitting the edge. You would be amazed at how much you can improve your running game by NOT using turbo.

I’ve come to the point I won’t go w/o it. I’ve tried a handful of times and every time I have taken it off my run game has significantly suffered. I’m not sure it’s placebo, but Im of the ”if it’s not broke don’t fix it” camp. 
 

I enjoy it so much I’ve sacrificed gift wrapped for high points just to keep linchpin active.

I liked it, but it's kind of a luxury ability. I wouldn't prioritize it but if you have 1 ap and dont know what to do with it
