I think that a player who played for the oilers should get houston chems. For example warren moon never played a snap for the titans only the oilers. I get that they get titans chem but give a us houston chem. Bruce matthew only played 4 years at the end of his career and I dont get to use a houston legend on a HOUSTON tt because the titans stole the oilers history. Also oilers jerseys should say houston oilers not titans.
No no and no lol

Why not?

The only thing the Texans and Oilers have in common is that they both were/are from Houston. The Texans have nothing to do with the Oilers/Titans history wise so what you're suggesting would make zero sense.
That would be like saying that Ray Lewis and Terrell Suggs should get Colts chemistry.

No no no no I meant if they played for the oilers like warren moon. Derrick henry doesnt get houston chems cause he never played there.

Well think about it warren moon spent the majority of his career in houston not Tennessee.

Think about this, Oilers = Titans, not Texans. Should Ravens cards get Browns chemistry? Or should Colts cards get Ravens chemistry?

I asked about this before also. I can not say that I see the same logic as what was told to me.
Houston is the same City as Houston.
Houston is not the same city same city as Tennessee.
Cleveland is not the same City as Baltimore.
The Browns moved to Baltimore in 1996.
It does not make sense to me to give the old Houston Oiler players Team Chemistry of Tennessee Titans, but that is what they do.
By the logic used, every player that was a Brown before 1996 should get Baltimore Raven Team Chemistry, but they do not.

I guess I might just be biased as I live near houston its just kind of annoying how bruce matthews and warren moon dont get my tt chems when I would lke them too. But mut aside I think houston deserves oilers history not Tennessee. Tennessee gets titans history houston gets oilers.

it isnt city chems……it is team chems……houston texans have only been in existence for just over 20 years……warren‘s career was already done before they even came into the picture

I get the the argument and I feel for you supporting the newest franchise in the league, but they are just that the newest franchise they have no ties to the Oilers so no claim to their stars which would include the players who played whole careers in Houston such as Earl Campbell They became the Titans and the Texans are a new entity. It’s like the Dallas Cowboys have no claim to former Dallas Texans players they became the chiefs and The Ravens should not get colts they came about after the colts went to indy.
1995 Cleveland Browns:
Vinny Testaverde, Michael Jackson, Brian Kinchen, Tony Jones, Wally Williams, Orlando Brown, Eric Turner, Stevon Moore, Antonio Langham....
1996 Baltimore Ravens:
Vinny Testaverde, Michael Jackson, Brian Kinchen, Tony Jones, Wally Williams, Orlando Brown, Eric Turner, Stevon Moore, Antonio Langham....
Coincidence? I think not!

It is prob because I live near houston, if I was texans fan in colorado I wouldn't feel connection to the city but to the team. It's just the fact that the oilers moved relatively recently I still think they are part of houston. But if I was a raiders fan I wouldnt be asking for rams/chargers chems lol.

They are treating the franchises differently. I have no idea why they do it this way, but they do.
