Team Captains x3 Chem

I only have x2 chem for captains because I have powered up and down multiple captains. Anyone know how to unlock x3 after doing this?

I don’t think you can. It was a glitch from the changeover to 2x. Once you touch the cards it goes away for good (or at least it did for me).

When it went down for you, did you downgrade it, or upgrade it? I was under the assumption that it lost the x3 when you downgraded it, not upgraded it?
