The current state of H2H gameplay

Let’s take a moment to discuss the state of online MUT.  It’s in a bad place… and I’m not talking about the gameplay. The amount of toxicity is beyond comprehension. 1 in 3 games I find myself dealing with hate speech, harassment and racism. No this is not me being soft I’ve lived through the OG cod days and I’ve seen and heard it all, even been on both sides of it. The amount of hate being spewed via voice chat/messaging is insane. For a game that prides itself on safe environments this is extremely low, there isn’t even a way to report players… you can literally only report for an offensive name. Pretty sad considering on the field it says POSITIVE PLAY. I know I’m not alone in this I find myself joining partychats just to avoid having to listen to these grown men talk mad shit over a virtual game when I just want to relax and enjoy an evening game of MUT. How do y’all feel? I know I can’t be alone in dealing with this constant nonsense

Ive had  voice chat turned off since launch. but I imagine people mouth off a lot on this game. 

best thing to do Is turn off voice chat. Let ur play do the talkin

While Madden is a broken game. The playerbase is what makes Madden trash. Proudly and willfully cheating the AI, its sad and pathetic. 

Nor do I see any return on investment with the time and money spent on the game just to still cheat.  

If they're talking crap to you,  you can talk crap back,  mute them, or quit out and move on.

Honestly what's been said, just  turn it off that's what I do

EA programs bad sportsmanship, taunting, and terrible behavior into the game.  Their competitve stuff showcases basement fake tough guys that shout and posture and act like they are doing something. Been pathetic for years.

I turn all that shit off. Started doing it my first year playing Madden. This playerbase is awful. It’s not just kids either. Grown men ate just as bad, if not worse.

Oh I feel your pain man. 90% of dudes I play run cheese plays, take advantage of ai, and are sweats to the point where the game isn't fun and I end up just hating it Even if I win some games because it's so toxic but people think winning is the only thing that matters even if they literally run 2 plays and rpo spam all game

thats the most stiff response ever lol. i can imagine the deafening laughter in the studio right after u say that. let them have fun and talk smack gramps :)

why do you use a mic to play a solo 1v1? most these kids are braindead anyways, haven't had mic / voice on all yr, never will...

if I did use a mic tho you would probably put me in their category, no other reason besides to talk trash and make you feel little...
