They call it a glitch defense so they get clicks. That's it.
Double Mable refers to the coverage aspect of this defense, not how you blitz off the edge or hover your LB over the A gap or pinching your DL.

I don't run double Mable but I do use it sometimes in 4 lineman sets to cover the side I'm not usering. What are you solutions to stopping floods and corner routes?

If they are set at 30 yard depths, you'll want to use Deep Out Zone or Deep Zone KO on those particular players. Anything over 20 yards is considered "deep", so you won't want to use anything else if they are set at 30 for the majority of the game.
