been using will anderson with no abilities at rush LE, he’s been amazing for me. picked up clay matthews and I’m wondering if it’s worth putting double or nothing on him
means i lose one or my two inside stuff DTs. is it worth it? or does the ability not do too much and i should go back to anderson and 2 inside stuffs
DON is the best pass rush ability this year. it makes a difference, and a steal for 1 ap
1 inside stuff is good enough

Nah, none of the D-line abilities not named Unstoppable Force are worth it, IMO. You're almost always better off having that AP invested into DBs, so you can actually break up pass plays. That being said, i'd almost certainly have the 0AP LurkArtist on Clay Matthews, so you can hope to get some glitchy style tip-drill picks in your pass rush.
Typically the best pass rush comes from A-gap blitzes, so has very little to do with abilities or stats, the goal is to get your pass rusher through essentially untouched. All you need are speed and agility to get home. Why waste the AP? If you aren't getting pressure with four, might need to send five, blitzing a Slot corner or something. YMMV, good luck, but i wouldn't be wasting AP on my D-line, unless perhaps it's 1AP for Inside Stuff or something, but it's a passing league after all.

^This has been my experience as well. Even inside stuff is very hit or miss. It works well enough when it activates. But I find it to be more helpful against bad players because good players know how to play around it. At least that's what I think as an bad to average player.

So humble. Based on the sheer knowledge of the game you possess, yer way way beyond average. I'm now into my second year of MUT, it took months and months just to get down the basics.
A quick glance at an opponent's ability stack is often a great indicator of skill level, although these don't always correlate. I feel liek I have a decent conceptual understanding of the game, but that still won't save me from myself if I throw three picks in a game or fail to protect the ball... placing me squarely into the bad to average category. 🤪
I‘ll add, it’s worth it in a 4-man line for 1 AP only. If you’re one of those who use 3 linemen, it wont be very effective at all

I might know a lot about how the game works but I'm not a good play caller. Part of the problem is I'm not very quick with my adjustments, it probably takes me a a play or two more than it should when my opponent is spamming the same play. That and I make some of the worst reads you'll ever see in the passing game. I usually win around 15 games in champs. That's decent but at the same time it's nothing to brag about.
