I am a fairly new player and when I have been playing MUT H2H I have been struggling with counter acting quick blitzes while I’m on offense. Do you guys have any tips to help fend off the occasional player who just spams one glitched blitz the whole game?

depends on the blitz, but most of them are blockable by blocking your RB and slide protecting to the opposite side of the RB. if it's come straight up the A gap and your LG is just watching it happen ID the DT over the center and slide right. Otherwise mix in some jailbreak WR screens, throw quickly to the HB in the flat, if it's a blitz where they are pinching their dline in and trying to get someone free up the middle you can try outside zones, jet sweeps, and trips TE rpo bubble, or singleback wing slot bubble are good
