1 on D line, 1 at the linebacker level and one at deep DB. 3 X factors lit up on the D line should have never made it past Q&A. Ridic
I mean, abilities and X factors are here to stay , that's just the way EA has directed their game....
But dude, then run the ball or quick passes...if you counter the pass rush then you know that there are no X factors on anyone else and you can exploit that.
It's the players that can't or won't adapt and get out of their youtube/streamer gameplans that will be most affected.
If the opposing team comes out with all 3 X factors on the d line lit, then I load up with TEs and blocking WRs like Hines Ward and run stretch...if they put 8 or more in the box then a quick throw beats them either deep or quick slants....there's a lot of things you can do to adjust , man
It is still an offensive based game.
how are you letting 3 d line xfactors get activated

Dude, they all start on. Reggie White, Madabeast, Sapp

Well yeah I know to adjust and still win majority of my games but it just becomes annoying because they can adjust also. its pretty lame when I can’t do a three step drop as a quarterback because I’m getting ragdolled by reggie white every snap. a lot of these players can easily shut down the quick game leaving deeper stuff open but I cannot step into a throw with it. Madden is in a bad place it’s ok to admit that lol

This used to scare me and was honestly an initial goal, just a week or two ago (having three Unstoppable Force X-factors on the D-line), however, as folks have already begun to point out, this almost instantly began feeling a bit too limiting. I briefly ran Madabeast next to Warren Sapp, both with UF, but have since reworked my squad. These days i'm running Dual Threat on Kam Chancellor, Universal Coverage on Chuck Howley (who might be my favorite USER i've tried all year, he's so quick and merely needs to be in the general area to force a pass break up)... i assume tomorrow we'll be able to unlock that third Light it Up X-factor, which i'll almost certainly be dropping back on Warren Sapp.
I was tinkering with new defensive playbooks last evening, testing it out in the Superbowl H2H game mode and got absolutely HOUSED by a dude calling the same play all darn game. I couldn't figure out how to slow down his quick RPO game. Manning up my Slot corner onto the RPO receiver usually makes quick work of that stuff, but couldn't figure it out from the Baltimore Ravens defense -- i was trying to see if I could copy King Henry with that Nickel 3-3 Odd or whatever he was running. Gets great A-gap pressure, often unblocked, but it kept leaving gaping holes for runs up the middle... and i didn't have any Inside Stuff active at the time, so he ran all over me.
The reason i'm mentioning it, is the dude also spammed the same, "blitz six" every single play, out of 4-3 Even 6-1 and that was not terribly difficult to beat. Put your HB on a streak, block the TE and typically big gains will ensue. Regardless, dude ended up clocking me out and I lost by a single score. OOF. Really hate dropping those games, to one-play pussy style chumps. Crushing defeat for the ole fragile ego.

OHH, and i also have since added 2AP Secure Protector to my center, due to this very reason. Can't always run under center pass plays (or even RPOs) against these formations, because the insta-sheds up the gut can be absolutely devastating. But if you know it's coming, between a quick dump off to the Flat, or HB Streak, i'm sure you'll figure it out. Definitely stresses even the best of players at times, but you can reliably beat this. We just watched Henry struggle a bit against an opponent constantly sending six. I believe Henry's opponent was spamming Spinner, with a few notable adjustments.
