Unsure what this item is but while doing challenges I got a pack containing only this item. When equipped it gives +1 SB chem and also +2 chiefs chem but when I check lineup it does not boost chem. Also it gives stat boost when 6/6 (unsure the requirements) is added? If you have any insight please inform
