I completed all my super bowl objectives and challenges but never got the the 4th upgrade token for superbowl present! Some one help!

is there 3 or 2 spots left to upgrade? the last spot is for the light it up token and the 2nd to last spot you have to put a 95 SB past/present player in that slot to upgrade them to 95.

The same thing happened to me. I did all my Super Bowl present moments and completed my Super Bowl field pass but I didn't receive my last token to make my Christian McCaffrey a 93. I have him up to a 92 OVR but when I select to upgrade him to a 93 there is nothing there. And I already made sure that I hadn't accidently put my token into the Justin Reid. Please help because I already bought the 95 to make McCaffrey a 95 and I already sold my previous 94 RB.
