I agree. Thats why im looking to start a multi-year fantasy franchise league on pc/next gen consoles. 4 team minimum, 16 team maximum, all in the same conference. 3 advances per week (Wednesday / Friday / Sunday night). All-pro and competitive difficulties, with 2 play cool downs and no total limits on both sides of the ball. Failure to complete PvP game prior to advance date will result in forfeiture by the least accommodating team at the commissioners discretion. League management and communications will occur via discord, with invites delivered upon replies to this thread. The potential for a 25$ buy in, with payouts distributed to the top X teams in terms of final standings (playoffs included) is possible, dependent upon the willingness of members. Structure will be assessed via a member vote through discord prior to drafting. If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to ask. If you are interested, please reply to this thread.

You can adjust all you want and learn all you want, the game is fucked regardless. Most games aren't even football, it's guys trying to be like the MCS guys and flipping the play, making 50 adjustments, and manipulating the AI. Too many bail out abilities and too much random garbage to really sit there and stress about it.
and before someone says "learn to adjust" stop. A 6 year old can watch a youtube video of bunch and run it how the youtubers do, if the game wasn't a broken piece of shit then offense would actually be tough the way it should be. There is nothing to adjust to when your x factors and abilities are literally cancelling out any adjustments a person makes.
And adjustments become pointless once your opponent figures out how to adjust and audible in certain ways that will literally LOCK your ability to make any further changes or adjustments on defense. I want this game to be good, SOOO badly... instead we're getting the usual stream of low-effort, recycled (and often broken) bullshit. EA has never figured out pass catching on either side of the ball all damn year, despite multiple attempts, reverted patches, that re-introduce prior/existing bugs, such as kicking meeting disappearing glitch and so many more. Instead of finding an actual solution, they basically gave up, admitting defeat. So now we're forced to run Gift Wrapped on offense and Pick / LurkArtist on defense, just so our professional athletes can catch the dang ball. UGGH.
I had a brief bit of fun last weekend, but over the past 24-48 hours i've really started noticing the same thing, dudes spam one play all game, often with a ridiculous amount of pre-snap adjustments. I really thought i was signing up for simulation fatball. Not sure what this arcade / RPG mess has turned into, but feels more liek NBA Jam than anything remotely resembling simulation. Although, i'm almost certainly dating myself with that reference.
The game employed an exaggerated, over-the-top style, demonstrated by the player dunking from superhuman heights.

Yea it's bad man. It's like a more realistic version of NFL Street with abilities.

It is always like this.
Ea has forced me to play online this year and every night I remember why I dislike it

19 was awesome. That was the last real good MUT where you needed a little bit of skill. Didn’t have ridiculous animations.
