I want to take the token out of Adderly and add it to Howly. Now that I got up to 70 SB, I don’t need the speed boost on Adderly! I don’t want to lose the token though!

I have no idea, but i would highly doubt EA fixes something same-day. It's not liek it costs them any money, we're ultimately the ones who suffer. Proceed at your own risk. I honestly do not know, but don't plan on moving mine... unless i have a moment of weakness and simply forget. I was able to shuffle things around late last night, removed Doug and added to Kam.

Same. Kind of annoying bc i wanna do something and im afraid to because of this. Whats even worse is i bought the extra token last time so if it disappears for me its even worse and the fact they dont care is ridiculous. Legit stealing money

It’s one of 2 things - I am on Xbox , some others who had the issue said they were on PS. Maybe it is a PS thing. The other, more likely thing, is that it has to do only with the “extra“ tokens purchased from the store. I was 99% sure this token was one that I earned through the challenges(the one I bought is in Karloftis I believe). So I think that might be it. I’m not guaranteeing anything though……

The irony is that would make it so much worse and should have made an even more of a priority to acknowledge and fix promptly. Yet they didnt see fit to be bothered on their weekend and either took a (very undeserving imo) long weekend for the super bowl OR theyve had TWO full business days "workdays" now without even acknowledging, let alone fixing it.
Im honestly not sure which would be worse. The term unacceptable falls tragically short of describing this.
