I like Reggie out of those two 

Those are my current DEs and I’ll rotate in Chase every so often. I thought about just using Chase/Karlaftis, but Reggie just keeps making plays. Will be hard to get rid of him.

karlaftis with the token, I use double or nothing, el toro, and colossus. If you have 2 ap to run defensive rally on another dlineman it's even better. rotate him up and down the dline so blocking resistance doesn't build up.

Mr. Monday is a monster for around 300k... You can put X-Factor the Crew and Lurk Artist for 0AP... He gets after it..  Hes not quite as good as Karlarfis, but very close and he's less than half the cost and won't take up a token...

If you’re willing to drop your coins on one of those two, definitely Karlaftis with the token for Colossus. If you want someone cheaper, Madabeast is a good budget option
